Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml. of sterile distilled water. Mix gently to dissolve the contents completely. Aseptically add the contents to 495 ml. of stetrile, molten, cooled to 45-500C MacConkey Sorbitol Agar Base (B753 I) / Hicrome MacConkey Sorbitol Agar (B ).Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
