Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. of sterile distilled water. Mix well and add aseptically to 500 ml of sterile, molten cooled to 45-500C Blood Free Campylobacter Selective Agar Base (B945). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
