Rehydrated the content of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 475 ml. of sterile, molten Perfringens agar Base, alongwith 25 ml. of Egg Yolk Emulsion or 500 ml. of Pergringens Agar Base/Tryptose Cycloserine Dextrose Agar Base or 750 ml. of Tryptose Cycloserine Azide Agar Base. Mix well and pour into the sterile petri plates. |
