Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml. of 50% ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 940 ml of sterile, molten Park and Sanders Broth Base (B463/ B463 I ) along with 50 ml sterile defibrinated blood. Mix well and dispense. |
