Warm up the refrigerated supplement to 45-50 C. Shake well to form uniform suspension. Aseptically add to sterile 450 ml. of Middlebrook 7H9 Agar base A (B735)/Middlebrook7H10 agar base(B729)/ Middlebrook 7H10 agar base.Special(B727)/Middlebrook 7H11 Agar base(B726).Mix well and pour into sterile screw capped tubes or containers. |
