Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. of sterile distilled water. Mix well avoiding frothing to dissolve and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten Listeria Oxford Medium Base (B889). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
