Warm up the refrigerated Urea solution to room temperature and aseptically add 5 ml. to 95 ml.of sterile molten Urea broth base (B496) / Urea agar base(B347/B348) / MIU medium base(B599) / Yersinia Identification Broth Base(B003) or 25 ml.in 975 ml.Kohn Two tube Medium no.1(B213). Mix well and dispense in sterile tubes. |
