Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.5 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 12.5 gms. in 475 ml. distilled water. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature and aseptically add sterile 25 ml lysed horse blood and reconstituted contents of 1 vial of Campylobacter Supplement IV (Preston)Mix well and dispense as desired.
