Suspend 3.27 gms. of B957 in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. A white precipitate prior to sterilization becoming yellow to orange after sterilization is normal. |
