Suspend 36 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature & aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1vl. of Listeria Selective Supplement II (BF 075 ) or 2vls. of Listeria Selective Supplement II (BF 027 ) as desired. Mix well before dispensing. |
