Suspend 48 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water containing 20ml ethanol. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to room temperature and dispense about 2ml. onto sterile absorbent pads. This medium should be used on the same day it is prepared and should be protected from bright light. |
