Suspend 39.68 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add 176 mg Sulphapyridine.8.5 mg. Kanamycin, 37.0 mg Nalidixic acid and 150 mg Cycloheximide per litre of medium. Mix well and use as desired. |
