Suspend 56 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C and to each 100 ml. of base add 2 ml of 1% Potassium Tellurite Solution (BF010). Mix well before pouring into sterile petri plates. |
