Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.1 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 50.00 gms. in 990 ml. distilled water. Heat to boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. AVOID OVERHEATING. Cool to 40-50 c.and add aseptically 2 vials of Tellurite –Cefaxime supplement Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
