Suspend 10.25 gms. in 450ml distilled water containing 2.5ml glycerol. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C. Aseptically add 1 vial of Middlebrook OADC Growth Supplement. Mix thoroughly before dispensing. |
