Suspend 22.3 grs in 900 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C and add 100 ml of sterile inactivated (at 56°C for 30 minutes) horse serum (BF021). Mix well before dispensing. |
