Suspend 20.0 grams in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in screw capped vials as desired. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Invert the vials just before the medium gets to distribute the charcoal uniformly. |
