Suspend 37 gms. in 450 ml. distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50-55°C and aseptically add sterile 50 ml Egg Yolk Emulsion and reconstituted contents of 1 vial of CBI supplement. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
