|
Suspend 37.5 gms. in 920ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C. Inactive 80 ml. of Horse Serum (BF021), adjust its pH to 6.0 and add it to the medium for diagnostic work. Add Trichomonas Selective Supplement (BF099) to increase selectivity of the medium. |
