Directions 

Suspend 15 gms. in 100ml. distilled water. Soak for 5 minutes. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Disperse and dispense in 5/8 inch diameter test tube. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
