Suspend 21 gms. of B269 in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Allow to cool the tubes in slanted position. |
