Suspend 18.5 gms. in 500ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve he medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add reconstituted contents of one vial of Oxytetra Selective Supplement. Mix well and pour into sterile plates. |
