Suspend 37.00 gms. in 975 ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 40-50°C & aseptically add 25 ml. sterile lysed horse blood & contents of one vial of Campylobacter Supplement IV(Preston). Mix well before pouring in steile petri plates. |
