Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.7 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 36.17 gms in 1000 ml distilled water. Mix thoroughly and boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 12-15 lbs pressure (118-121°C) for 15 minutes.
