Suspend 31
gms. in 970ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C. Aseptically add sterile solution of Haemoglobin (BF036) to a final concentration of 10 mg/L and sterile reconstituted contents of one vial of Vitamino Growth Supplement |
