Directions 

Suspend 57 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 10 minutes. If desired for use in the membrane filter technique, one ml of 1% Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride (TTC-BF044) may be added to each 100 ml of sterile cooled broth.
